Who this covers

This notice covers this website, tethrotech.com, run by Tethro LLC, the company that makes Tethro ("we", "us"). The Tethro product, including accounts, billing and everything a firm puts into it, has its own Privacy Policy at tethro.ai/legal/privacy.

The short version

• The only personal information this site asks for is what you type into the contact form.
• No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies.
• We use your message only to reply to you. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
• Ask us, and we'll show you what we hold or delete it.

What we collect

The contact form. Your name, email address, firm or company if you give it, the topic you pick and your message. The form sends it to our team by email.

Delivery and security logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address, browser details, the pages you request and when, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short time. We use totals from these logs to understand overall traffic, not to follow individuals.

Nothing else. The site doesn't run analytics or advertising code, and it doesn't build a profile of you.

How we use it

To read and answer your message, keep a record of the conversation, and keep the site secure. If you ask about Tethro for your firm, we may follow up about that, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it and delivers form messages to us. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Both act on our instructions. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to reply and follow up. Ask us to delete your message and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request". We answer these requests for everyone, wherever you live.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
